Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TapNBuy account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
